Our Transmission Warranty and Guidelines

Most Transmissions come with a standard ninety day warranty, although some are offered with a 30 day or 1 year warranty.
 
Transmission warranty covers parts only. It does not include any labor or repairs involved with installation. All transmissions are inspected before departure. Transmissions should be inspected upon arrival. Signature on delivery confirms the recipient has inspected and accepts transmission freight shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is resposible for shipping transmission charges for transmissions under warranty. Warranties will be prorated at a 10 percent discout for every month if no other solution is possible.
There will be no refunds on purchases. Exchange and service only. 

All warranties will be voided for failure to install transmission correctly. Broken pumps and torque converters will void transmission warranty due to incorrect installation.

Transmission does not cover any electronic control problems outside the transmission. All customers must provide verification on paper confirming vehicle mileage on transmission with a mileage warranty. All mileage warranties are for 1000 miles per month or the time given at time of purchase whichever comes first.

All transmission diagnostics and vehicle mileage verfications must be performed by a professional certified mechanic to validate the warranty.

Mileage warranties must be verified by a car dealership ex. VW.

By purchasing and installing transmission customer acknowledges that he or shes understand the warranty guidelines.
